Not at all. All sessions are designed to suit your level — whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. Parvez will guide you step by step, adapting each session to your abilities and health needs.

Yoga classes are general group practices focusing on fitness, flexibility, and relaxation.
Yoga therapy is more specialized — it uses yoga as a healing tool, tailored to specific conditions like back pain, stress, anxiety, or mobility issues. With his medical background, Parvez designs yoga therapy sessions like a treatment plan, customized for each individual.

  • A yoga mat (or comfortable surface)
  • Comfortable clothing that allows movement
  • A quiet space, ideally free from distractions
  • Optional: Water bottle, cushion, or yoga props if available
    For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection and camera setup so Parvez can guide you properly.

Most sessions are 60 minutes, but workshops or group classes may run 90 minutes or more depending on the program. Shorter introductory sessions (30–45 minutes) are available for first-time clients.

Yes. Since Parvez is also a Medical Doctor (MBBS), he understands medical conditions deeply. Sessions are designed to support your treatment safely. However, it is always recommended that you consult your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program.
